The town of Williams is nestled in the valley at the base of the Bill Williams Mountain, in the Kaibab National Forest., Williams is another one of the famed Arizona Route 66 communities and is located just 30 minutes west of Flagstaff. This is an old railroad town returning to its roots. Today, the popular Grand Canyon Railroad provides a direct steam-powered link to the very edge of the Grand Canyon. The town and surrounding area offer an abundance of year-round outdoor activities. The Sycamore Canyon Wilderness just minutes from Williams, is home to four beautiful lakes, all offer great fishing.

Grand Canyon Railway
Travel back to the early 1900's through 65 miles of beautiful northern Arizona wilderness onboard this vintage train to Grand Canyon Village. Cars are restored to circa 1923. Strolling musicians and western characters combine to recreate an experience of train travel as it was at the turn-of-the-century.
